Repayment cohort dashboard
Leadership needed to compare repayment performance across loan cohorts, but the numbers lived in scattered reports and one-off exports.
- Built a monthly repayment rollup with new- and legacy-cohort splits and a near-live refresh
- Added dashboard-wide filters so every chart updates together
- Excluded deferred and forgiven loans so the totals match how the business defines them
Loan platform integration
Loan data was being re-keyed by hand between Salesforce and an external loan-servicing platform.
- Designed and built a two-way integration, tested end to end in a sandbox
- Documented the known limits and fallback steps before launch
- Quoted a fixed price, with scope agreed up front
Silent-failure recovery
A scheduled automation had stopped running without any error, which hid past-due balances on hundreds of loans.
- Traced the root cause to a missing schedule and re-established it
- Recomputed the affected records and verified the corrected totals
- Recommended monitoring so the same failure gets caught early next time
Spreadsheet-style report tables
Standard dashboard tables couldn't show a full month-by-category grid, which is how the finance team thinks.
- Built Lightning Web Components that render complete matrix reports
- Combined several reports into one configurable monthly summary
- Kept the source in version control so it can be maintained later
